Meet Samantha Preston
Samantha Preston has spent more than 15 years in the trenches of NetSuite — implementing it, fixing it, optimizing it, and teaching others how to get the most out of it. Early in her career, she watched businesses suffer through bad implementations, overcomplicated customizations, and partners who disappeared after go-live. She decided to build something different.
In founding Preston Consulting, Samantha created a firm where clients are treated like partners, not projects. Where every recommendation is made with the client’s long-term interests in mind. Where the person you meet in the sales conversation is the same person leading your implementation.
Known affectionately as the “Godmother of NetSuite,” Samantha has led over 100 successful engagements across industries including manufacturing, retail, SaaS, non-profit, healthcare, and professional services. She brings the same level of rigor and care to a 10-person startup as she does to a multi-subsidiary enterprise.
